All articles generated through BlogAndPost.com are delivered only through email to the address provided at the time of purchase or account registration.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

If email delivery issues occur, customers may contact support for assistance.

3. Refund Policy (ClickBank Compliant)

All purchases processed through ClickBank are protected by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

Refunds must be requested directly through ClickBank.com, per their standard refund procedures.

Once an article is generated, BlogAndPost.com:

• Cannot reverse the delivery
• Cannot revoke your license

Refund approvals and timelines are controlled solely by ClickBank.

4. Subscription Terms & Fair Use Policy

The Unlimited Plan allows customers to generate as many articles as they want within human-use limits.

To maintain fair access for all customers:

• Human use only: Automated scripts, bots, API calls, macro tools, or artificial speed-generation methods are strictly prohibited.
• Fair Use Cap: Users may generate up to 100 articles per day.
• No reselling of account access: Password sharing, account rentals, or selling access is strictly prohibited.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

5. Prohibited Content & Usage

Users may not use BlogAndPost.com to create, request, or publish content that involves:

• Illegal activities
• Violence or threats
• Hate speech or harassment
• Pornographic or adult content
• Political persuasion or political campaign operations
• Bulk emailing / spamming
• Harmful, defamatory, or malicious content
• Any activity that violates ClickBank’s Acceptable Use Policy
• Automated generation, scraping, or use of bots to trigger article creation
• Reselling the generated content as an automated writing service

BlogAndPost.com reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

6. Copyright Ownership

Upon generation and delivery of an article:

• You receive full and exclusive copyright ownership of the content.

• We are not responsible for how you publish, modify, or distribute the content.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies.

7. Affiliate Program

BlogAndPost.com uses ClickBank as its merchant processor and affiliate platform.

Affiliates must comply with:

• ClickBank Terms of Service

Affiliates may not:

Chargebacks

• Repeated chargebacks or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to a permanent ban.

Reactivation

Accounts terminated for failed billing may be reactivated once the payment issue is resolved.

Accounts terminated for fraud, abuse, or violations may be permanently banned at our discretion.

9. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BlogAndPost.com is provided “as-is” with no warranties, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee SEO rankings, search performance, or accuracy of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for losses, damages, penalties, or claims arising from your use of generated content.
• Total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you for the service.

You agree to use the service at your own risk.

10. Data Collection & Use
